1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Ads Agent, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Service Description
Ads Agent is an AI-powered platform that helps users manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads. Our service provides tools for campaign management, ad copy generation, and performance analytics through natural language conversation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Platform Access
When you connect your advertising platform accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to Ads Agent, you grant us permission to access and manage those accounts on your behalf through OAuth authentication. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our services. You retain full ownership and control of your advertising accounts and can revoke access at any time.
5. AI-Generated Content
Ad copy and recommendations generated by our AI are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content to your advertising platforms. Ads Agent is not liable for the performance, accuracy, or compliance of AI-generated content with platform policies or applicable laws.
6. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our 14-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Ads Agent to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; create misleading or deceptive advertisements; access accounts you do not have authorization to manage; attempt to circumvent our security measures; or interfere with the proper functioning of our service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Agent and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ads Agent at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Ads Agent after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ads Agent operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
